L. A. Banks
Leslie Ann Esdaile Banks (pen name L. A. Banks) was an American author best known for the Vampire Huntress Legend series and the Crimson Moon novels. She wrote across genres including paranormal/urban fantasy, crime, romance and women's fiction, publishing more than 40 books. A graduate of the Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) with an MFA from Temple University, she lived in Philadelphia and was active in the literary community until her death in 2011.
