Dale Brown (born November 2, 1956) is an American author best known for aviation and military techno-thrillers featuring characters such as Patrick McLanahan. A former U.S. Air Force weapons systems officer and navigator-bombardier, Brown draws on his military aviation experience in his novels. He has published dozens of novels since the 1980s, with multiple New York Times bestsellers, and lives near Lake Tahoe, Nevada.
