Mai Nguyen

Mai Nguyen is a Vietnamese Canadian author known for her debut novel, "Sunshine Nails," which was longlisted for Canada Reads and recognized as one of the best books of 2023 by NPR and CBC. Her journalism has been featured in publications such as Wired, The Washington Post, and The Toronto Star. She was born in Winnipeg and raised in Halifax, and currently resides in Toronto with her husband, daughter, and French bulldog.
