Mahak Jain
Mahak Jain is an author of fiction and poetry for young people and adults. She has written three picture books: Maya, Bharatanatyam in Ballet Shoes, and The Only Astronaut. Her debut short story collection, We Are Only Human, is forthcoming. Jain also works as an editor for various Canadian publishers and is a professor of creative writing at Sheridan College. She was born in India and grew up in Dubai, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Montreal, and currently resides in Toronto.
