Scott Ciencin

Malcolm Scott Ciencin was an American writer known for his prolific work in adult and children's fiction, as well as comic books, screenplays, and video games. He was a New York Times bestselling author, with over 90 books to his credit. Ciencin often collaborated with his wife, Denise Ciencin, and wrote tie-in novels for popular franchises such as Dungeons & Dragons, Dinotopia, Jurassic Park, and Silent Hill. His work spanned various genres including fantasy, horror, and science fiction. Beyond his writing, he was involved in television production, designed trading cards, and consulted on video game development. He passed away in 2014 at the age of 51.
