Robin Hobb is an American writer of speculative fiction, best known for her fantasy novels set in the Realm of the Elderlings. She also writes under the pen name Megan Lindholm. Her work spans multiple fantasy series, including The Farseer Trilogy, The Liveship Traders Trilogy, The Tawny Man Trilogy, The Rain Wild Chronicles, and The Fitz and the Fool Trilogy.
