Ross O'Carroll-Kelly (Paul Howard)
Paul Howard (born 6 January 1971) is an Irish journalist, author and comedy writer, best known as the creator of the satirical character Ross O'Carroll-Kelly. Howard created the character in a 1998 Sunday Tribune column; the Ross O'Carroll-Kelly books, plays and related works have become a long-running and bestselling series satirising South Dublin culture. Howard has also written non-fiction, plays and worked as a sports journalist.
