Anne Emery

Anne Emery is a Canadian writer of murder mystery novels and a lawyer. She was raised in Moncton, New Brunswick, in an Irish Catholic family and graduated from St. Francis Xavier University and Dalhousie Law School. Emery has won multiple awards for her crime fiction, including the Arthur Ellis Award for Best Novel and the Independent Publisher Book Awards silver medal. She has published numerous novels in her Collins-Burke mystery series, featuring lawyer Monty Collins and priest Father Brennan Burke, as well as a standalone novel.
