J. M. Miro (pen name of Steven Price)

J. M. Miro is the pen name used by Canadian writer Steven Price for The Talents Trilogy, including Ordinary Monsters (2022) and Bringer of Dust (2024). The books are historical-fantasy novels set in a Victorian-era alternate world. Price is a poet and novelist who lives in Victoria, British Columbia, and has published novels and poetry under his own name; he has won Canadian literary awards for his poetry and fiction.
