Marc Tolon Brown

Marc Tolon Brown (born November 25, 1946) is an American author and illustrator best known as the creator of the Arthur book series, which spawned a long-running PBS animated television adaptation. He graduated from the Cleveland Institute of Art and has written and illustrated numerous picture books and chapter books for children. Brown has served as an executive producer on the Arthur television series and has received multiple awards for his work in children's media.
