Miriam Moss

Miriam Moss is an award-winning British author known for her prolific work in children's literature, including over 75 books ranging from picture books and novelty books to poetry. Born in England, she spent much of her childhood in Africa, China, and the Middle East. In 1970, at age 15, she was a passenger on a plane hijacked by the PFLP, an experience she later fictionalized in her novel 'Girl on a Plane'. She has also worked as a teacher and conducts creative writing workshops.
