Louise Penny
Louise Penny (born July 1, 1958) is a Canadian novelist best known for her Chief Inspector Armand Gamache series set in the fictional village of Three Pines. A former CBC broadcaster, she turned to crime fiction and has won multiple major mystery awards; her novels are widely translated, have been international bestsellers, and explore themes of community, morality, and redemption.
