Colin McAdam
Colin McAdam is a Canadian novelist born in Hong Kong in 1971. He spent his childhood in various locations, including Denmark, England, and Barbados, due to his father's career in Canada's Foreign Service. He holds degrees from McGill University and the University of Toronto, and a PhD in English Literature from Cambridge University. McAdam's work has been published in notable periodicals like Harper's Magazine and The Walrus. He has received several awards for his novels, including the Paragraphe Hugh MacLennan Prize for Fiction and the Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize. He currently teaches creative writing at Humber College in Toronto.
