Mark Frost (born November 25, 1953) is an American novelist, screenwriter, and television and film producer and director. He is best known as the co-creator (with David Lynch) of the television series Twin Peaks and for a body of work that spans fiction (including The List of Seven and The Secret History of Twin Peaks), nonfiction on sports history, and television writing/production (Hill Street Blues). Frost graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a BFA and has lived in Ojai, California. He continues to write novels and work in television.
