Caleb Azumah Nelson
Caleb Azumah Nelson (born 1993) is a British–Ghanaian writer, photographer and filmmaker from South East London. He rose to prominence with his debut novel Open Water (2021), praised for its lyrical prose and exploration of race, love, grief and identity, and followed it with Small Worlds (2023). His work has won several literary prizes and he is also known for his photography.
