Raffi Cavoukian (born July 8, 1948) is an Armenian‑Canadian singer, songwriter and author best known for his children's music and for the signature song "Baby Beluga." Born in Cairo, Egypt, he and his family emigrated to Canada in the late 1950s and he became a leading figure in children's entertainment from the 1970s onward. He is also an advocate for children's well‑being and founder of the Raffi Foundation/Centre for Child Honouring.
