Paul Collier

Sir Paul Collier, CBE, FBA, is a prominent British development economist and Professor of Economics and Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of Government at the University of Oxford. He is widely recognized for his research on emerging markets, development economics, and the challenges faced by the world's poorest countries. He has served as a senior advisor to the Blair Commission for Africa and as the director of the Development Research Group at the World Bank.
