Robert Harris

Robert Dennis Harris (born 7 March 1957) is an English novelist and former journalist, best known for well-researched historical and thriller novels such as Fatherland, Pompeii, The Ghost, An Officer and a Spy and The Second Sleep. A former political editor and columnist, he writes primarily historical fiction and literary thrillers and lives in England.
